At Greek Freak, we want to partner with people who can commit to the Greek Freak culture and concept. Our business model can be taught to anyone, but is well suited to those with previous restaurant management and business experience.
Yes! Greek Freak grants all of its franchisees an exclusive territory. It will include a defined area and will generally be documented as a 50,000 population center or a 5 KM radius from the location, whichever is less.
Greek Freak provides franchisees with a comprehensive training program in two phases. The first is approximately two to four weeks at our headquarters eight weeks before opening. It initially pertains to administrative, operational, and sales/marketing matters. The second is on-site at the new location after opening for one to two weeks of hands-on guidance.
A franchisee can start a Greek Freak operation with an average investment of $380,000, which includes the initial capital, training, franchise fees, and all other expenses.
Franchise Fee – $20,000
Royalties: 5% of Gross Sales
Local Advertising: 2% of Gross Sales
Corporate Advertising: 1% of Gross Sales
